Jonathan Pratt, Director The Diploma in Bible and Theology is essentially the Master of Divinity program, but it is designed for those with either a Bible institute degree or who have less than four years of college level preparation. It is for those who by reason of age or family responsibilities cannot go the usual college and seminary route of seven years. While Greek is required in the Diploma program, Hebrew courses may be taken as electives. Should a graduate with a Diploma in Bible and Theology ever complete a college baccalaureate degree, the Diploma may be exchanged for the M.Div. degree, providing the Hebrew and Old Testament requirements have been satisfied. PurposeThe purpose of the Diploma program is to equip Christian leaders to handle the Scriptures skillfully and to love God rightly so that they may bring truth to others.
