Each student is assigned to a small-group fellowship of eight to twelve students that meets regularly for prayer, Bible study, fellowship, character assessment, career planning, and spiritual development. Small-group fellowships are under the direction of individual faculty members.

Goals:

• Building friendships
• Providing support and encouragement
• Developing real relationships of honesty, transparency, safety, and acceptance
• Providing students with an opportunity to get to know faculty as real people and to observe how they deal with real problems and situations
• Furnishing a scheduled, non-academic time to rest, relax, and bond with seminary comrades and give some balance to seminary life
